Terms of Use

1. Codethio services
These terms apply to the website, demos, applications and integrations that refer to them. Codethio develops AI, customer service and automation solutions. Features, availability, limits, prices and commercial conditions depend on the product or agreed proposal. Connecting an account does not, by itself, purchase a paid service.
2. Accounts and authorization
Use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. When connecting Google, Gmail, WhatsApp or another service, review permissions and configure only actions you intend to perform. Automations may have real effects where identified by the product, such as sending messages or changing records. Review recipients, content and rules before enabling them. Authorization can be revoked using the provider's controls.
3. Permitted use
Do not use services for spam, fraud, unauthorized access, rights violations, unauthorized collection or bypassing limits and security controls. Follow applicable law and connected service policies. Codethio may suspend access for abuse, security risks or provider requirements.
4. AI and review
AI outputs may contain errors. Check relevant information and actions before using them. Automated replies do not replace appropriate professional assessment or guarantee business results. AI content processing must follow the disclosed purpose and the Privacy Policy.
5. Demo rules
Businesses, schedules, orders, properties, proposals and operations identified as demos are fictional. They do not create real purchases, payments, bookings or contracts. Use fictional data. The demo limits time, messages and processing, and applies quotas per segment. You can end an experience through WhatsApp, disconnect the session on the website or request data deletion.
6. Availability and content
Operation also depends on providers and may be affected by maintenance, limits or API changes. Continuous demo availability is not guaranteed. Rights in submitted content remain with their owners; submission permits only processing needed for the authorized service. Codethio's brand and materials may not imply a partnership or authorization that does not exist.
7. Contracts and responsibilities
Commercial services may have their own contracts, support, financial conditions and responsibilities. These terms do not exclude mandatory legal rights. Each party is responsible for its actions under applicable law and contracts.
8. Privacy, termination and changes
See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page. You may stop using the service and revoke integrations. Relevant changes will be disclosed here and, where necessary, in the product. Send questions and requests to the contact above.
