1. Google, Gmail and other integrations

1. Open Google Account Connections.
2. Select the Codethio connection and remove the granted access. Repeat for other accounts, if any.
3. To delete data already processed by Codethio, contact us above with the subject Data deletion — Codethio.

Include the connected account email, service used and whether you want data from a specific integration or all data linked to you deleted. Do not send passwords, verification codes, tokens, email attachments or personal documents.

Revocation prevents new access through the removed authorization but does not delete stored data. Deletion requests cover credentials held by Codethio, content copies and derived data linked to the specified service, subject to the retention exceptions in the policy.

2. WhatsApp demo

1. Open the demo and connect WhatsApp.
2. Select Delete my demo data and confirm.
3. The demo identity and linked sessions, quotas, runs, messages, forms and events will be removed. The session will end.

Disconnect ends the session without deleting data. The /stop command ends the experience. To remove data, use the deletion option.

Deleting data does not renew free limits. To prevent abuse through deletion and registration, we temporarily retain an HMAC-protected identifier, used segments and the current cycle deadline. This record does not contain plaintext phone numbers, messages or results. It is removed after the cycle deadline; security blocks may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion. The identifier is pseudonymized, not anonymous, and access is restricted.

3. If you cannot access the service

Email your request, identifying the account or number used and the service. We may confirm ownership in a way proportionate to the request. Support will explain progress, actions taken and any retention limits within applicable legal deadlines.

4. Scope and limitations

Deleting data at Codethio does not delete your Google or WhatsApp account or automatically remove original messages, sent emails or copies received by third parties. Manage those in the respective services. Records subject to legal obligations or needed to exercise rights may be retained on a limited basis. Demo cost estimates remain detached from identity.
